DESCRIPTION: 105 micron thickness. Triple layer PA/PE/PE. UV filter. Suitable for sous vide cooking (up to 100°C for 4 hours). The multilayer structure increases the bag's puncture resistance. The differentiated PE layers increase resistance to moisture penetration, reducing ice formation in the freezer. The PA layer (outer) protects against air ingress.
