This deadline is set by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21\/2014).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"gg-delivery-card\">\n<h3>Made simple and trackable<\/h3>\n<p>The return request must be sent <strong>via email<\/strong>, so we can keep track of it. We will assign you a <strong>RMA number<\/strong> with all the instructions to follow and you can choose whether to return the product directly to the store or send it back to us via courier, as you prefer.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">1. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>right of withdrawal<\/strong> belongs exclusively to the <strong>consumer customer<\/strong> (natural person who purchases for non-professional use) and consists in the right to return the product within <strong>14 solar days<\/strong> upon receipt, without providing reasons and without penalties (except return costs).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start of term:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the <strong>goods<\/strong>: from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him (excluding the courier) takes possession of the product<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>separate deliveries<\/strong> of multiple goods in a single order: from the day the customer receives the last good<\/li>\n<li>For the <strong>services<\/strong>: from the day of conclusion of the contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exclusions<\/strong> (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206\/2005): The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, goods subject to rapid deterioration, goods sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that are opened after delivery, sealed audio\/video recordings or software that are opened after delivery, online reservations collected in store, or services already fully performed.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers.<\/strong> (purchases with VAT number): the rules of the Civil Code regarding sales apply to them.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, communicate your decision within 14 days of delivery of the product <strong>in writing<\/strong>, so as to always have traceable communication and a certain date:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Email to purchasing@grandingroup.it<\/strong> (recommended channel) with the subject \u201cWithdrawal from order no. XXXXX\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, <strong>registered letter with return receipt<\/strong> to Grandin Group srl, Via Sansonessa 39, 30021 Caorle (VE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The communication of withdrawal must take place <strong>exclusively in written form<\/strong>Telephone communication is not sufficient, as we need documentary evidence of the request and its date.<\/p>\n<p>Please indicate in the communication: <strong>order number<\/strong>, <strong>SKU or product description<\/strong> to be returned and, if applicable, the reason (optional). Attach a copy of the purchase documentation.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive the email <strong>RMA number<\/strong> (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">3. Product return<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Conditions of the goods to be returned:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In normal condition, substantially <strong>intact<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>original packaging<\/strong>, complete with all accessories, booklets, cables and accessory parts<\/li>\n<li>Free from signs of use not attributable to normal handling necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning<\/li>\n<li>For electronic products: Remove personal accounts, passwords and <strong>disable any activation locks<\/strong> (e.g. \u201cFind My iPhone\u201d for Apple, Google Account for Android)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The consumer is <strong>responsible for any decrease in value<\/strong> of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n<h3>Products collected in store (Caorle area)<\/h3>\n<p>If you have <strong>collected the product directly from our store<\/strong> of Caorle, the restitution takes place <strong>returning the product to the store<\/strong> in Via Sansonessa 39, within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, indicating the <strong>RMA number<\/strong> received by email.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No shipping costs at your expense<\/li>\n<li>Product verification carried out on site upon return<\/li>\n<li>Bring it with you <strong>purchase documentation<\/strong> and the product in its complete original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Products shipped via courier<\/h3>\n<p>If you received the product <strong>via courier<\/strong>, the return takes place <strong>sending it back via courier<\/strong> to our address:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ship by <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the withdrawal communication<\/li>\n<li>Report the <strong>RMA number<\/strong> on the outer packaging (never on the product packaging)<\/li>\n<li>Use neutral packaging to protect the original box<\/li>\n<li>Address: <strong>Grandin Group srl, Via Sansonessa 39, 30021 Caorle (VE)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Return costs:<\/strong> For products shipped via courier, return costs are the customer&#039;s responsibility. There are no shipping costs for products picked up in-store and returned to the store.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">4. Refund<\/h2>\n<p>Once the product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date we are informed of the withdrawal. The refund includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>product price<\/strong> returned<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>original shipping costs<\/strong> incurred at the time of purchase (limited to the least expensive type of delivery offered by us)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> Using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). To protect ourselves from any disputes, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of shipment.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">5. Return for defective or non-compliant product<\/h2>\n<p>The return for <strong>lack of conformity<\/strong> It is different from the withdrawal and follows the 24-month legal guarantee procedure: see the page <a href=\"\/en\/garanzia\/\">Warranty<\/a> for the complete procedure.<\/p>\n<p>In this case we will advise you whether it is best to contact the <strong>Authorized Service Center (CAT)<\/strong> from the manufacturer or if we directly organize the collection and delivery to the local CAT.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"gg-delivery-section\">6.
