24-month legal guarantee
All products purchased on grandingroup.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The warranty begins on the date of delivery of the product to the consumer customer.
Manufacturer's Warranty
The legal guarantee may be supplemented by any other warranty conventional guarantee from the manufacturer who offers additional conditions. You can find it listed on the product sheet or in the booklet included in the package.
1. Who provides the guarantee
The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity is provided by Grandin Group srl (Via Sansonessa 39, 30021 Caorle VE – VAT No. 03088090273), as the seller. The warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery that become apparent within 24 months.
For the professional customers (with VAT number) Instead, the warranty for defects in the item sold pursuant to art. 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code applies, with a duration of 12 months from delivery and notification according to the terms of art. 1495 of the Civil Code.
2. What does the legal guarantee cover?
The product must be in accordance with the contract, in particular:
- Correspond to the description, type, quantity and quality indicated on the product sheet
- Have declared functionality, compatibility and technical characteristics
- Be suitable for the ordinary uses foreseen for its typology
- Understand accessories, instructions and upgrades normally provided
3. What to do if the product breaks
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to repair or replacement, below is the correct procedure to follow:

| 3 | If possible, attach photos or videos of the defect: they help speed up diagnosis and intervention |
| 4 | We will advise you whether to contact the manufacturer's authorized service center (CAT), which is generally quicker for warranty work, or send the product to us directly. |
| 5 | For large appliances in the Caorle area and surrounding areas, we can arrange home collection and delivery to local CAT centers. |
We are committed to repair or replace within a reasonable time from the request, normally 30-40 days except in cases of spare parts unavailability attributable to the manufacturer.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The legal guarantee it doesn't cover:
- Defects due to misuse, storage or non-compliant installation to the manufacturer's instructions
- Repair work carried out at unauthorized centers from the manufacturer
- Defects that have manifested themselves over 24 months from delivery
- Defects already known and accepted at the time of purchase (e.g. refurbished products with declared defects)
- Consumption of parts subject to natural wear (filters, batteries, bulbs, etc.) beyond their expected useful life
- Accidental damage, power surges, lightning, floods, impacts or falls
