Shipping throughout Italy
Shipments throughout Italy are made via SDA or GLS express courier, with real-time tracking that allows you to monitor the delivery status at any time. This method is intended for small and medium-sized products, carefully packaged before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your shipment to your door.

For customers residing in the area of Caorle (VE) and the surrounding municipalities, delivery is handled by our staff using our own vehicles. We'll arrange the day and time that's most convenient for you over the phone, and we'll deliver the product directly to your home.
Upon request we can also:
- Install the product (electrical connections, plumbing connection to existing system, wall fixings, initial configuration). Any modifications or adjustments to the plumbing and electrical systems are the customer's responsibility.
- Collect your used appliance and dispose of it in compliance with environmental regulations (WEEE)

- Gas and plumbing installation: For gas hobs and products requiring a certified gas/water connection, installation must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with regulations. We can connect you with approved installers in your area.
- Air conditioners: The list price is for the product and the standard connection only. Any masonry work, extensions, and brackets are quoted separately.

Shipping throughout Italy via express courier
For customers residing outside our delivery area, orders are shipped via express couriers SDA and GLS. We automatically select the best courier based on product volume and destination.
Shipping times
- Orders placed before 12:00 Weekday orders are processed the same day if the product is in stock, otherwise within 2-3 business days for transfer from our external warehouse. If the product is out of stock due to an inventory error, we will notify the customer via email immediately after purchase.
- Estimated delivery times: 24/48 working hours for most destinations in Italy.
- For the major islands and disadvantaged areas Delivery time may extend by 24/72 hours.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and volume of the product and the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment you will receive an email containing the tracking code, with which you can monitor the delivery status in real time on the courier websites (poste.it or gls-italy.com).
Important notes
- Checking the goods upon delivery: Always check the integrity of the packaging before signing. In case of any anomalies (bumps, broken boxes), sign with "subject to specific inspection" and contact us within 24 hours.
- Delivery to the floor: Standard courier delivery is to street level. Delivery to the living area is not possible.
