1. Introduction and object
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the remote purchase of products via the site www.grandingroup.it, managed by:

Each purchase transaction is regulated by the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and by the legislation in force regarding electronic commerce. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance of the Conditions
Sending the order implies having read and accepted the full acceptance of these GTC, which the Customer is invited to read before confirming the purchase. At the end of the procedure, the Customer can save or print these conditions.
3. Purchase methods
The site sells household appliances, consumer electronics, IT, and telephony products, illustrated in the relevant technical data sheets. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT and are summarized, together with any shipping costs, before confirming the order.
- To confirm the order, the Customer receives a summary email within 2 business days. If no confirmation is received, the order will be considered cancelled.
- Photos and technical specifications are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change; any differences in color or detail do not constitute defects.
- The available quantities may vary due to competing orders: availability is confirmed only after the order has been processed. In the event of subsequent unavailability, the customer will be notified and refunded.
- Orders are accepted exclusively with delivery within Italy.
- Online prices may differ from those in stores; promotions cannot be combined.
4. Payments
The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Bank Transfer and, for the Caorle area, the payment directly in store upon collection. Payment data is processed in a secure environment and is never stored on our servers. All details and timeframes are listed on the page. Payments.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made exclusively within Italy, via express courier or with delivery/pickup in the Caorle area. Times, costs, and methods are detailed on the page. Deliveries. The Customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to sign “subject to verification” in case of damaged packaging.
6. Warranty

7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, as provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014. Communication, return, and refund methods are illustrated on the page Returns and right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases collected in-store (this is not a distance selling option) or to professional customers with VAT numbers. Any refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original payment.
8. Privacy
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
9. Applicable law and competent court
This contract is governed by the Italian Law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court shall be exclusively Forum of Venice, without prejudice to mandatory provisions for consumer protection.
