2. Our history
The Grandin F.lli snc. For over 30 years, the company has been installing and maintaining electrical, fire prevention, antenna, burglar alarm, and air conditioning systems, primarily serving the hospitality and commercial sectors. It also provides general household appliance support.
The Grandin Group srl. was founded in 1999 with the need to make the sales department of household appliances, radios, TVs, Hi-Fi, landlines and mobile phones, IT and heating independent.
Currently, thanks to its level of development and internal organization, as well as its procurement strategies (participation in a large purchasing group), the Group manages to occupy a significant position in its market.
3. How to reach us
Our headquarters on Via Sansonessa can be reached both from the A4 motorway (Santo Stino di Livenza and Portogruaro toll booths) and from the coast, from San Donà di Piave passing through Stretti.
From Santo Stino di Livenza or from Portogruaro (A4)
- Exit at the toll booth San Stino di Livenza or of Portogruaro on the A4 motorway (Turin-Trieste)
- Follow the directions for Caorle: the two roads converge in the locality La Salute di Livenza, from which a single stretch continues towards Caorle (about 15 km)
- Arriving in Caorle, at the first roundabout at the entrance to the city (where it crosses the ring road), follow the signs for Porto Santa Margherita
- Proceed straight on the ring road and, at the next roundabout, take the third exit (turning left) in Strada Nuova
- After about 50 m, on the right you will find the entrance to Via Sansonessa: our shop is immediately on the right at number 39
From San Donà di Piave (via Stretti)
- From San Donà di Piave follow the signs for Eraclea and continue in the direction Stretti
- From Stretti continue along the Provincial Coast Road in the direction Caorle
- Continue until Porto Santa Margherita: cross the town continuing straight on towards Caorle
- Once you have passed Porto Santa Margherita, at the roundabout at the entrance to Caorle take the first exit on the right in Strada Nuova / Via Sansonessa
- After a few meters, on the left you will find the entrance to Via Sansonessa: our shop is at number 39
